The Empyrean Group Management Team comprises of three principals. These principals collectively bring over 70 years of progressive operating experience to the Company including 35 years at the executive level. This experience also includes the successful launching of a new business from start-up to quick profitability. In addition to its technical expertise, the management team brings extensive human resources experience including performance enhancement, cultural transformation, process improvement, staffing and recruitment, benefits administration, labor negotiations and all other aspects of human resources management.

The skills and competencies of the team bring credibility to the Company, provide leadership to employees, and ensure success in building business partnerships with clients.

The following are brief executive overviews of each principal:

Sushil C. Jain

Chief Strategic Consultant and Senior Advisor

Sushil Jain has over 30 years of progressive management and executive-level experience. He is an energetic leader with demonstrated abilities in project management, functional assessment, performance enhancement, efficiency improvement and cultural transformation of professionals of large organizations. Sushil has managed large professional organizations and complex engineering projects, leading organizations of up to 600 professionals and bargaining unit employees with budgets in excess of $70 million. He has served as the Senior Vice President of the Nuclear Services Group for a major utility and has 24 years of nuclear operating experience, holding several technical, managerial and executive positions within the industry. His career focus has been on operational turnaround, culture change and effective management of internal and external interfaces, including regulatory bodies.

Sushil is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Empyreans Services LLC, an executive management consulting company specializing in organizational troubleshooting, team-building, management coaching, program development, change management and performance assessment.

Mr. Jain has a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Janice V. McGee

President

Jan McGee has over 30 years of management and executive-level leadership experience within security, human resources and operations management.  She is highly skilled at leading technical areas of business.  She is a seasoned human resources executive with 20 years experience including corporate investigative and security, nuclear security, workers’ compensation case management, benefits administration, benefits call center oversight, HRIS, employee relations, recruitment, leadership development, and compensation/incentive programs.  In addition, she has 20 years experience in labor relations including the leadership role in contract negotiations.

Ms. McGee also has 12 years experience in operations including being distinguished as one of the first women in the United States to become a power plant manager, running the entire day-to-day operations of the largest (600 MW) coal-fired power plant in the utility’s fleet.

Jan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University, a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial Labor Relations from St. Francis University, and she is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Management Program for Executives.  She also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management.

Sandhya Jain

Chief Executive Officer

Sandhya Jain has significant experience in strategic planning, office management and administrative functions.  She has been a Vice-President of Empyrean Services LLC, an executive management and consulting company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Since the formation of Empyrean Services LLC in mid 2000, she has overseen its activities to aid in continued profitability of the Company.  Sandhya has previous experience working for numerous law firms and utility companies providing extensive support functions.  She has a degree in Applied Business.
